How it works

Using highly trained, skilled and motivated staff The appointment Factory generates high quality, confirmed and guaranteed appointments for a range of organisations. The method of charging for the service is simple and depends on the degree of difficulty in making contact with your desired level of decision-maker.

Nine steps to having your appointments.

1. Decide on the type of decision-maker you need to have appointments with.

2. Prepare a list of the target companies to be contacted with company name, address, telephone number, job title and contact name if this is available. ( We are happy to advise on list selection if you do not have your own contact list.)

3. Decide how many appointments you can handle each week and free some diary dates for appointments

4. Complete the simple "Customer Briefing Report" to give us the essential details we need to make the calls and send it to the Appointment Factory without delay.

5. On receipt of this, The Appointment Factory will give you a confirmed, no quibble price based on one of the five charging bands (detailed below).

6. Providing you are happy, all you need to do then is sign the order form and return with your cheque.

7. You will be kept upto date with progress, with all appointment details sent to you wither by email, fax or first class post.

8. All appointments will be confirmed in writing with the appointee to avoid any confusion.

9. Prepare to handle the extra business which should be generated by your new appointments.

The Guarantee

To make sure that you get the kind of appointment with the correct level of decision-maker it is important that the simple "Customer Briefing Report" is fully completes. This wil lgive us the basis upon which your appointemnts will be generated. All appointments will be confirmed in writing to avoid misunderstanding.

If you arrive on time for an appointment and the appointee is not there (other than for reasons of ill health or pressing personal reasons) we will refund the cost of the appointment in full providing you notify us within 24 hours of the appointment time.

If the appointee contacts you directly to cancel the appointment prior to the agreed day then once again you will be refunded the cost of the appointment in full providing you notify us within 24 hours.

When you arrive for an appointment if the appointee is not as defined on your "Customer Briefing Report" then the cost of the appointment will be refunded in full providing you notify us within 24 hours.


Exclusions

In our experience if you telephone a company to reconfirm the appointment you will lose about 45% of appointments generated (buyers remorse etc.) Therefore we strongly recommend that you do not do this. Any appointments cancelled in this way are excluded from this guarantee.

Level of decision-maker contact. Some discretion has to be allowed as job tittles etc. vary in different companies an industries. Details of appointments made will always be supplied with the name and job title of appointee. If you are in doubt or have concerns about the level of appointee contacted this should be raised before you fulfil the appointment, Within reason, it will be remade, free of charge if you are unhappy with the original appointment.
