Leisure Industry

Over the past five years The Marketing Group has worked with the providers of leisure and fitness facilities in the UK. Over 5000 front-line staff have undertaken our customer service training programme which was specifically developed for this industry. Management development courses and projects have been completed, which specifically meet the needs of line managers within the leisure industry. Structured visits to IHRSA have also been organised. All of these training programmes fit within the National vocational training scheme.

Seminars

Many organisations use of The Marketing Group to provide seminar and workshop sessions for their teams. These range from weekend retreats for board level directors, skill training sessions, motivational experiences and in-house training projects. Over the last few years many customers have used The Marketing Group to deliver information packed seminar events for their own customers. This has created a win-win situation where those attending the seminar event have left with improved knowledge and the host company has established themselves in the market place as a provider of excellent, knowledge based information.
